Shipping
Our Shipping is priced at £3.50 for all orders.
We ship to UK Mainland (England, Wales, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Islands of Scotland, Isle of man, Isle of Scilly and Isle of Wight) and deliver direct to your door, normally within 2-4 days. We always send recorded post. Postage rates will be displayed at checkout. We will post World Wide, however you must contact us for shipping costs.
When your parcel arrives, check the contents against the Advice Note. If they are not the same, please contact us by email. We can only despatch goods to the shipping address specified on your order account.
Returns
Our 7-day returns guarantee
Under United Kingdom Regulations you have the right to cancel the contract for purchase of goods within seven days of delivery. Should you choose to cancel your order you can return the goods, at your own expense and receive a full refund of the cost of the goods. As soon as we receive notification that an order is to be cancelled we will refund the relevant parts of your order when we receive the goods from you.
Notification of faulty goods should be made within seven days of the goods being received. All goods supplied by us are subject to manufacturing tolerances and are warranted as being suitable for the purpose for which they are designed, under fair conditions. Under this warranty we will replace or issue credit against goods acknowledged by us to be faulty, providing such faults have not be caused by your misuse, negligent handling or improper care of the goods. Where goods are found to be faulty the cost of the goods and postage will be refunded.
Inspect any received package thoroughly before accepting/signing for it. If the package appears to have suffered shipping damage, keep the original shipping carton, please contact us so we may organize the shipping company to return the merchandise. Under these circumstances, do not return the merchandise yourself.
If you do need to return any goods, please remember to wrap the package securely as it may not be possible to offer a refund or replacement on goods which are damaged during return transit, and send it to:

Marking your parcel clearly as Returned Goods
For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot offer refund or replacement for any goods that are lost in return shipment to Darker Delights.

If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account to the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).
